@Phillip_Blond Human Rights are not the basic unit of ethical experience.
Values are basic - courage, beauty, persons, justice - and 'Human Rights' are constructed out of those to base a legal framework.
@Phillip_Blond Human Rights are ethical constructs.
They're a way of expressing human values.
They're not scientific facts lying out there in the material world, but ethical values are experienced, non-material realities.
